Free Click & Collect 

As Part of lockdown, we are offering Click & Collect at our boutique in Harpenden.

Simply choose this delivery option at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready for collection (usually 1-2days).

Free Local Delivery 

If you live in Harpenden, we are offering Free Delivery! We will email you when we will deliver your order (Usually 1-2 days)


Standard Deliveries £4.95

Parcels are despatched Royal Mail second class and will be delivered within 2-3 days of order being placed. A signature will be required upon delivery.


Next Day Delivery £9.00

Parcels are despatched Royal Mail special and guaranteed for delivery by 1pm the following day. A signature will be required upon delivery.

Deliveries will only be made on working days (Mon-Fri). Deliveries will not be made on a Saturday.

Red Returns Policy

We really hope you like the item you have bought from us, however if this is not the case,  please return the item to us in the original condition within 14 days of the delivery date and we will refund you in full. 
All returns are free in the UK and Republic of Ireland.  Please return your order in the original packaging with the swing tickets and labels still attached to the garment.  When returning items please include your Return Note. Failure to include this will mean we may not be able to make a refund in a timely manner.

If you do not have your Return Note, please email us at advising of your order number, name, address and email address and we will send you a Return Note.
Please return the package using the post office counters and keep proof of postage as a record of your return. There is a Returns label in your parcel which you need to stick on the parcel when returning to us.
